Agnieszka Królak

Experienced accounting controlling, organizational and management expert with long-lasting practice. Master in economics specializing in banking and insurance economics. Graduate of doctoral studies from the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. She completed many trainings in accounting, controlling, taxes, auditing, strategy management and soft skills.
She has over twenty-five years of professional experience in financial institutions in the areas of accounting, controlling, taxes, HR management, administration, IT and project management of operational and financial and accounting systems. An expert in the field of IFRS. Experienced manager and expert also in the area of reorganization and restructuring in financial and credit institutions. For over twenty years she held the position of chief accountant and member of the board (COF) of global financial sector companies, including banks.
As a board member of financial institutions with twenty years of experience, she co-created strategic business decisions, managed the optimization of many operational processes at the organization level. supervised the implementation and optimization of IT systems and co-managed reorganization and restructuring projects. She completed many professional trainings in the field of accounting and tax, managerial in the field of process management and soft trainings. She has over twenty-four years of experience in commercial and production companies, including global ones, in the area of ​​controlling and strategic reporting, financial and budgeting analyzes, accounting, process management as well as implementation of operational, managerial and financial-accounting systems, including simulation models and strategy building. She also has many years of experience in keeping accounts for both medium and large companies as the main accountant and for micro-enterprises (KPIR). Fluent French and English.
